At E RIDE PRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
